II. Tips for Air Conditioner Use
1. Do not set the air conditioner temperature too low; it's best to keep it around 24℃ to 26℃, with an indoor temperature difference controlled within 5℃;
2. If the space is small, regularly turn off the air conditioner, open windows, and ventilate;
3. Do not blow air conditioner directly at people for long periods. For young women who sit for extended periods, it is recommended to wear long sleeves and long pants to protect joints;
4. When using the air conditioner, ensure the indoor environment is sealed. Do not turn on the air conditioner when windows or doors are open, as it wastes electricity;
5. If there is any strange odor when using the air conditioner, please notify the maintenance unit immediately;
6. Rooms where air conditioners are used should be kept clean and hygienic, and smoking indoors should be avoided.
